Refund policy
At ENDR, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be free from any marks, stains, or damage (e.g., makeup, deodorant, pet hair).
How to Return Your Item:
- Contact Us – Email our support team at help@www.endr.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack Your Items – Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Send It Back – Ship your return using a tracked service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty).
- Processing Time – Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding any shipping fees).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
- If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale or discounted items
- Items that do not meet the return conditions stated above
